Duane Hannasch has over thirty-five years of experience in the life safety industry, and has acquired expertise in the design of fire detection, mass notification and emergency communication systems based on the most current NFPA, IFC and UFC design standards.. He has been involved with many design teams providing plans and specifications for many high profile facilities at the area military bases.

Duane is a Texas Licensed Fire Alarm Planning Superintendent, NICET Level IV certified in Fire Alarm Systems, NICET Level I certified in Sprinkler Special Hazards, Journeyman Electrician and a National Registered Paramedic. Duane is also a member of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Texas Fire Alarm Association (TFAA) and American Society of Certified Engineering Technicians (ASCET).

Duane has provided training to the IBEW and IEC training schools helping electrical apprentices understand fire alarm and low voltage systems and provided training for local fire departments.

When not working at FACS, Duane volunteers at Bulverde-Spring Branch FIRE and EMS as a Paramedic, and is an instructor for EMT Basic students enrolled in the BSBEMS Centre for Emergency Health Services. Duane is also a Life Member of the San Antonio Livestock Exposition and volunteers as a Paramedic for the Medical Committee during the annual San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo.

Joe Ebrom joined Fire Alarm Control Systems in 1997 as Vice President and Partner of Fire Alarm Control Systems and brought a new customer base to the company. Prior to Fire Alarm Control Systems, Joe held positions as branch manager and regional manager of major manufacturing companies in the life safety industries.

With thirty-six plus years of experience in the fire alarm industry, Joe has extensive knowledge in the design of fire detection and emergency evacuation systems all based on the most current NFPA and IFC design requirements. Joe's background also includes knowledge of CCTV, Public Address, Intercom System, and Master Clock Systems.

He has been involved with design teams providing plans and specifications for hotels, office buildings, manufacturing and AT&T Communication facilities.

Joe is a Texas Licensed Fire Alarm Planning Superintendent, NICET Level III certified in Fire Alarm Systems and has provided training for apprentices in the electrical field and installers for the mechanical field.

Professional Affiliations include National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Texas Fire Alarm Association (TFAA) and previous Board Member of the State of Texas Advisory council.

When not working at FACS, Joe is involved in Cattle Ranching, where he raises Show Calves for 4H and FFA projects. He is involved in programs such as Kash for Kids which provides scholarships for kids in the agriculture industry.

Benton Terry is a decade plus experienced, NICET Level II certified, veteran of the demanding and evolving fire alarm industry, spent exclusively with FACS. Benton entered the field at a young age, and has worked his way through all levels of the company from the bottom up to his current position of Operations Manager. From trainee, to technician, to AutoCAD draftsman, to service and project management, he has demonstrated the ability to adapt to fulfill the specific needs of any project.

With experience ranging from the school district campuses or high profile hotels, or the telecommunication facilities to the specialized military installations, Benton prides himself on providing the type of prompt service expected by both contracting agents and end users, while exceeding expectations when the inevitable maintenance emergencies arise.

The life safety and fire alarm industry that once relied on basic hardware solutions now turns to highly adaptable software based products, drastically expanding the roles and capabilities of these systems. Having grown up during the infancy of home computing and the internet age, Benton has found himself in a unique position to utilize proven technologies once confined to darkened basements, to a full and meaningful potential; protecting valuable lives and property.

Clynton Yow joined the Fire Alarm Control Systems family in May 2001. He graduated from DeVry Institute of Technology, in 1980, with his Electronic Technician Degree. Clynt began his career in the communication and life safety field in 1981, in the San Antonio Metropolitan area. He came to FACS with twenty years experience.

Clynt has gained extensive experience in his many years in the industry. He has been responsible for systems installation, service, project management, estimating, as well as other tasks assigned to him.

Clynt is a lifelong resident of South Texas. Due to his career being spent exclusively in the San Antonio Metropolitan area, he has numerous business contacts with which he has forged lasting relationships. Clynt is a man who stands committed to provide the best of himself to his business associates, friends and family.
